“The "Digital Autocredit" product was introduced in June 2022, and in four months the loan disbursements reached 6 billion tenge, making Freedom Bank the number one in annual interest rate among the SMEs in Kazakhstan. The main challenge for the team was to disburse loans within several hours (record time was two hours, average was three hours), which was achieved as a result of the project. The evaluation model takes up to three seconds and the scoring model takes up to a minute, considering the auto, borrower, and seller scores. The re-registration process takes 10-15 minutes.

The digitalization of the product was 100%, including the application submission, auto evaluation, photo control, re-registration, document signing, and collateral placement.
